How to Request Documents or Specific Help

Click here to submit questions or to provide feedback

All registered users are encouraged to make requests to IDPAS for documents, research reports or any type of information or support that will help them to further field work to improve iron nutrition.

How to obtain documents?
Over 800 research reports and documents are available from the IDPAS Iron World web pages, its linkages to other sites or from the IDPAS Iron World CDROMS.
Users look through the Iron World pages that are arranged by topics and subtopics. They will find a site search engine at the top of each page that points to the IDPAS database. There is a list of all references alphabetized by title and another alphabetized by author will be coming soon. All references include notations that allow the user to request a "hard copy" of the related document from IDPAS. In many cases, users can view and/or download the referenced information in Adobe Acrobat form either from the IDPAS reference collection or through a link to the referenced document's publication source. A link to the Adobe Acrobat reader is also provided for those who need to install it. IDPAS continually seeks required permissions to include full text files of research articles and other materials. Users are requested to utilize any files obtained from IDPAS in accordance with copyright regulations and to fully cite all sources when used.

How to obtain other information and assistance?
For questions that are not easily addressed through the IDPAS Iron World document collection or related links, all registered users are free to send questions or request information through e-mail, letter, faxes or phone. All relevant questions are welcome. A "box" for such questions is also included on many of the IDPAS Iron World pages.
When the IDPAS Project Office receives a question, efforts are made to quickly and thoroughly respond. When the required information can better be found with other organizations or specific experts, researchers or other individuals, IDPAS forwards the requests and then follows up on such queries to assure those requesting help are satisfied.

What do IDPAS responses and services cost?
All IDPAS services are free of charge to all those working in this field from developing countries and others who support them.
